Refund policy

It is always our intention to work with you harmoniously. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused.

Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and the safe packaging of items. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damaged or faulty items

Please check your order when you receive it and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can quickly resolve the issue for you.

Special items, exceptions and non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products for example custom shaped blanks, or your custom vinyl records unless defective. In the rare case a record has playback issues we will replace any such copies.

Diamond cutting stylus are polished and tested by us by us here in-house and are not outsourced. We test each stylus before it is sent to you and on the packaging we include an image of the stylus at high magnification prior to shipping. This is not to say we won’t replace them if you find any fault or receive anything from us that has visible damage to the product or transport packaging. Get in touch and let’s work it out together,

We accept returns on sale items or gift cards provided they meet the criteria listed on this page.

EU 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. This does not apply to custom vinyl record projects, they cannot be returned in the cooling off period after the production is completed.

As above, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it.
